Recently went to Santa Monica, thought a photo montage with massively overblown music would work pretty well.
Couple of people have asked how I did the time lapse at the end. Basically my camera has a feature to take 1 photo every 2 seconds & then stitch them together as an avi at 25fps. So it ends up that 1s of movie time is about 1 minute in real time but for this movie I think I sped it up even further to fit the music.
I think it's quite a common feature on modern compact digital cameras & DSLRs. Quality suffers a little since the resolution is limited to 640x480 but still not a bad effect.
I'll have to set it up for a starfield timelapse next time I'm out in the country.
